Michelle is a psychotherapist in private practice in Logan Square. Prior to becoming a therapist, Michelle worked as a marketing strategy and research consultant for 15 years. She gives Climate Reality presentations individually and with her teenage son, Will Wasielewski. Also at home are her daughter, Mathilda, 14, and the four-legged, furry ones — Coco and Kane.

A bit more: As a market research consultant, Michelle developed and delivered presentations to major nonprofits, Fortune 100 companies, ad agencies, start-ups, small businesses and government agencies. Michelle believes it is important to support youth activists. She has fostered climate activism among both of her children and is interested in educating not only adults, but youth of all ages, on climate change.
